Since welcoming a 1975 Serveta Lambretta Jet 200 into the family at the beginning of the month I’ve been tied up too much with other matters to post much additional news, so I owe you a few notes dear readers.
This morning I figured I’d take a slightly different route on my ’85 Vespa PX from the East Village to work in Midtown in an effort to keep things interesting. The exhaust coming off the bike proved to be more interesting.
Turns out that what I thought was a problem with the flasher unit in my PX was ultimately a simple case of a flat battery. After putting the battery on trickle charge overnight using my Battery Tender everything fired back into life again this morning.
