On A Clear Day…

If there’s one thing scooterists love to do, it’s to get together and ride together. Every day across this fine city, small groups of scooter friends take advantage of a few spare hours and so many great sights to see and just get out there and ride. And with the advent of compact, affordable. high definition cameras (heck, even on phones) we can all get to share in these rides.

One such New York City scooterist, Naoto Ono, has put together a terrific short film documenting one such recent ride – a small group of vintage Vespa and Lambretta owners heading from Brooklyn down to the Far Rockaways. The film shows just how much fun can be had within a short ride from gridlock, and how many hidden and unexpected places this city holds.

Cool rides, cool vibes. Thanks Naoto. Wish we could have been there:
